Honey Mustard Chicken

INGREDIENTS

Honey mustard chicken

1 chicken
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon mustard powder
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon olive oil
¼ - ½ cup meisters honey mustard marinade

METHOD

Wash and drain chicken.
Mix above ingredients, gently rub into chicken.
Leave to Marinate 4 - 6 hours.
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.
Add marinated chicken to a oven proof dish / tray.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes
Serve with salad, coleslaw, or chips.
