Kiddies Pizza Quiche

INGREDIENTS

1 cup cubed polonoy/vienans
1 cup cubed green peppers
1 cup grated cheese
½ cup chop tomatoes
½ cup choped gerkins
2 tablespoons cake flour

4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
green chillies to taste

METHOD

mix the first 6 ingredients together in a
dish.
beat eggs with spices , separately.
then add to polony mixture, and stir
until combined.
spoon in to well greased muffin pans .
back in a moderate oven until the liquid
has set and the quiche feels firm to
touch .
