Easy Stove Top Pizza

Easy Stovetop Pizza

½ cup self raising flour
½ cup flour
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon honey
Pinch salt
2/3 cup lukewarm water

Mix and press into a pan.
I used my AMC Pot.
Will be like a very thick batter.
Spread well.
Put your tomato pizza topping.
Put green peppers,olives, rosa tomatoes and anything of your choice
in toppings.Put mozarella cheese, sprinkle parsley, close lid.
Leave on heat for 5 minutes.
Open pot slightly and leave for another 10 minutes.
Lift out, slice and enjoy.
Tastes divine, like a clay oven pizza and its done in 15 minutes
