1 cup s.r.flour
1 teaspoon salt
pinch of black pepper or chilli powder
1 cup cold water
oil for deep frying
Slice onions thickly & place in iced
water till well chilled.
Mix flour,salt & spice. Whisk in the
water.Beat to a smooth batter.Drain
onion rings.Dust rings with the extra
flour. Dip in batter & deep-fry. Drain
on absorbent paper.
