NAZRANA PAREKH'S RECIPES

INGREDIENTS

Chicken fillet cubed
1 cup yoghurt
1 small bottle freah cream
Aminas tandoori marinade
2 teaspoon green chillie paste
2 tblspn oil
Half lemon squeezed
Ginger garlic paste
1⁄4 block butter
Egg yellow colouring
1 box shan butter chicken mix
2 curry spoon tomatoe puree
1 small onion diced
dhania (coriander) and crushed almonds for garnish

METHOD

Marinate everything except tomatoe puree, butter ,fresh cream and onion

In a pot heat butter add chicken marinade and cook till well dne
Add tomatoe puree and cook alil
Lastly add fresh cream, add little egg yellow for colour and garnish with silvered almonds and dhania (coriander)

Shan spice and tandoori marinade has salt so plz omitt these
