INGREDIENTS
                      1 onion cubed
1 tablespoon. ghee (Clarified butter)
jeeru (cumin) (cumin)
500g chopped sweet potato
½ bunch dhania (coriander) - finely chopped
salt to taste
pepper
ground garlic
ground green chillies
garlic pepper
fine jeeru (cumin) (cumin)
½ packet. white onion soup
1 litre water
250ml fresh cream
                    
METHOD
                      1.Braise ghee (Clarified butter),onions & jeeru (cumin).
2.Add sweet potato,chopped dhania (coriander) & all 
spices,allow to braise for a few 
minutes.
3.Dilute the ½ packet. white onion soup 
with the 1 litre of water.
4.Add the diluted soup to the sweet 
potato mixture.
5.Boil until done.
6.Blend soup in a blender or 
liquidiser ,add more water if soup is 
too thick.
7.Return soup to pot,give one boil.
8.Add fresh cream just before 
serving.

                      Different from the usual soups.
Highly recommended for the cold winter
