1 onion cubed 1 tablespoon. ghee (Clarified butter) jeeru (cumin) (cumin) 500g chopped sweet potato ½ bunch dhania (coriander) - finely chopped salt to taste pepper ground garlic ground green chillies garlic pepper fine jeeru (cumin) (cumin) ½ packet. white onion soup 1 litre water 250ml fresh cream
1.Braise ghee (Clarified butter),onions & jeeru (cumin). 2.Add sweet potato,chopped dhania (coriander) & all spices,allow to braise for a few minutes. 3.Dilute the ½ packet. white onion soup with the 1 litre of water. 4.Add the diluted soup to the sweet potato mixture. 5.Boil until done. 6.Blend soup in a blender or liquidiser ,add more water if soup is too thick. 7.Return soup to pot,give one boil. 8.Add fresh cream just before serving.
