INGREDIENTS
1 cup chana flour,2level tablespoon flour,1
grated onion,1grated tomato 1 teaspoon crush
dhanajeero,1 teaspoon crush green
chillies,½ teaspoon garlic,pinch
arad (Turmeric) ,1 teaspoon salt, 1egg,chopped green
dhania (coriander)&springonions,
take 4chicken fillets cube,cook in
1/2tsp,salt 1/2 teaspoon
green,chillies&1/2 teaspoon crush jeeru (cumin), cook
allow to cool
METHOD
mix bhajia batter with egg mixture may
be stiff add 11/2 teaspoon baking powder
before frying mixture will bocome
fluffy add cubed meat & fry on meduim
heat until golden&done enjoy with
cutney
