INGREDIENTS
500g mutton mince1 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder1 ½ teaspoon bbq spice¼ cup chopped dhania (coriander)½ cup chopped shallotsOil for frying
Also needed1 dzn mini bunsSliced cheeseLettuceSauces of choice
METHOD
Wash and drain mince out well.
Add all ingredients to mince and mix well.
Heat shallow oil in frying pan on medium heat.
Roll into large balls and gently flatten to size of buns (must be thick patties).
Place in oil, fry on one side till golden, turn over and repeat.
Place in buns and serve.
