In pot add : 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon crushed garlic Add in fillets then add; 1 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce ½ teaspoon lemon pepper ½ teaspoon paprika 2 tablespoons lemon juice Salt to taste ¼ teaspoon chicken spice
Cook till done. Add water as needed. Leave saucy.
Once chicken is cooked mix pasta and chicken, add in 200ml fresh cream and 1-2 tablespoons steers peri peri sauce. Allow to thicken slightly. Add in cubes of Gouda cheese. Serve hot. Garnish with fresh parsley.
