Boil rice with
Big and small Elaichi
Till half done. When drain completely add melted ghee (Clarified butter) and mix well.
Now Keep aside.
Now take a mince. Wash and drain.
Take oil in a pot add
and sliced onions
Cook onion till golden brown. Then add mince
Salt to taste
Stir well till water dry. Then add
Red chili powder
Garam masala and
Shan biryani mix
Add little water
Cook 5-10 minutues then add chopped tomatoes. Cover the pot and cook on slow flame.
When oil separated then add yogurt. Mix well and cook on high to medium heat for 4-5 minutues.
Then lastly add
Chopped coriander and mint.
Give charcoal DUM.
After 15 minutues. Layer with rice in other pot.
Now take milk
Add in the middle milk
Take this milk and pour over Biryani. Sprinkle fried onion,chopped coriander and mint. Cover and cook on Dum for 20-30 minutues. Serve hot with raita,achha,papad,kachumbar or salad
