Cube chicken fillets, wash and drain.
Cook with salt, jeeru (cumin), fine dhana, lemon juice,garlic and green masala. Cook till done with 1 tablespoon oil. Don't dry.
I use ready pitas. Heat pita on a grid pan with lemon butter sauce.
In cooked chicken add mayonnaise, jalapeño sauce, mayonnaise , double cream yogurt and grated tussers cheese. Mix and fill pitas. Warm in micro.
