1 packet blue doritos (I used pringles corn chips)
1 tub 250 ml fresh
1 tub sour cream
Cubes of cheese and green peppers

Method
Layer chips in a platter.

Beat your sour cream and fresh cream till thick . Mix cubes of cheese and green peppers in your mixture. Season with salt & pepper. Throw over the Doritos. Grate cheese throw over and garnish with peppers and freshly chopped coriander.
