1.5 cups self raising flour
90ml butter softened
Maas to make a dough
Sift flour,add in butter to resemble breadcrumbs. Add enough maas to make a soft dough. Roll out into a rough circle. Spread cooked mince over,and roll into a swiss-roll. Leave overnight to set in fridge. With a sharp knife,cut across roll to get a pin-wheel shape.
Bake on a greased baking tray before adding,beaten egg wash or fry in hot oil.
