INGREDIENTS
1 large onion finely sliced
1 c gram flour+½ teaspoon baking powder.
Half c commercial bhajia mix
Chilli powder,crushed chillies,garum masala,salt,turmeric,green chillies,ground cumin,chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Mix all the above thoroughly adding in 1 Tb of water at a time to create a loose sticky batter,must not be too wet or too dry.
Heat oil in a pan,and drop in spoonfuls of batter and fry gently until golden brown. Serve hot with a sauce of your choice
INFO & TIPS
To test if oil is hot enough,drop a small piece of bread. It will sizzle and float to the surface when ready.
