1 kg ribs - wash out soak in water with some vinegar 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon red chili paste 4 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon gorimas steak ad chops spice 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper ¼ cup spurs/steers bbq sauce 4 tablespoon honey 2 to 4 tablespoon Worcester sauce 2 tablespoon apricot jam crushed red chili salt ( taste first before adding ) oil
ONION RINGS 2 to 3 onions sliced thick cold milk
flour Aromat (a South African Spice) salt and pepper
Remove ribs from the water , Add all the ingredients together mix it up nicely now ad the ribs to this mix , marinate over night or few hours . Place in an oven tray ,cover with foil and allow to cook . remove foil and allow to grill a little . You can alternatively add this to a pressure cooker with some water , soften the ribs , approx 4 to 5 whistles . Then add to a oven tray and grill until nice and sticky . You can add more sauce should you wish to the oven tray just before its almost done . Onion rings . Soak in milk , cover and leave in fridge Place in flour mix And fry until done . you can use this recipe for BBQ/braai (bbq)
