2 rib racks marinate in :
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
5 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon Worcester sauce
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon crushed red chili
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 tablespoon gorimas pepper steak spice
2 freshly squeezed oranges ( if not in season use the frshly squeezed from woolies )
salt to taste
¼ cup jimmys steakhouse bbq sauce
pour over sauce :
¼ cup jimmmys steak house bbq sauce
2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon crushe dred chili
Remove rib racks from water .
place them in a pot to steam for atleast 20 to 30 minutes on low .
mix all the marinade ingredients add the ribs to marinade few hours or over night .
remover fro braai (bbq) stand
simmer and and pour over
