NASEEMA KHAN'S RECIPES

RECIPE


2 cups ghee (Clarified butter)
1 cup castor sugar
Beat in processor till white and fluffy
Add
1 egg ( use the whole egg)
(Optional.:Few drops Elachi (cardomom) essence and or Vanilla essence)
1⁄4 teaspoon bicarb
1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
+- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
1⁄2 teaspoon elachie crushed
1 1⁄4 cup dessicated coconut
1⁄2 cup semolina
Mix well in food processor
Now gradually add little by little
+- 2 1⁄2 cups to 3 cups self raising flour
Bake at 180* till light gold in colour +- 20 minutues

Make small pingball sizes flatten slightly..stick almond in centre
Tip: dip almonds in milk so it sticks.
