INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup oil
2 cups flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoon orange rind
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Cream eggs and sugar, add oil and mix. Then add the rest of the ingredients gradually. Bake at 180 until done. Decorate the cake with orange butter or glace icing when cool.
