Ingredients:1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn2 beaten eggs1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder1 teaspoon baking powder1 cup cake flourChopped dhania (coriander)1 teaspoon ground green chilliesOil for frying
1. Mix together to make batter.2. Drop tablespoonfuls into hot shallow oil. 3. Cook on one side till golden.4. Turn over & repeat.5. Serve with dip of choice
