Methi (Fenugreek) Bherji & Mince

Ingredients:500g mutton/beef mince1 piece taj1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) seeds1 onion (sliced)½ tablespoon red ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powderPinch turmeric powder1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon mustard powder1 tablespoon brown vinegar1 tablespoon lemon juice2 large tomatoes (liquidized)2 large bunches Methi (Fenugreek) bherji 1 cup frozen peas
1. Braise onion in oil with taj and Jeeru (Cumin) till golden.2. Add spices, vinegar and chillies and braise for few seconds.3. Add washed and drained mince with lemon.4. Cook till no water remains and mince braised well.5. Add tomatoes, Methi (Fenugreek) berji and peas.6. Cook till tomato reduced.7. Add 1 cup water and cook till no water remains.8. Serve with roti/bread.
