INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken fillet/mince
6 slices bread
3 teaspoon salt and green chillies/to taste
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin)
1 curry spoon ghee (Clarified butter)(small)
chopped dhania (coriander)

METHOD
Magi ingredients.Pat mince in the palm
of hand(use oily hands), put srip of
cheese,close,will look like a mini
sausage.Roll in breadcrumbs,dip in
beaten egg white and shallow fry till
golden.Freeze.When needed,bake 180 in
covered dish for half hour.Makes 60.
