INGREDIENTS
1 chopped onion
1 kg steak
2 tablespoon crushed garlic
salt,Aromat (a South African Spice),pepper
3 teaspoon red chillie garlic
1 large chopped tomatoe
+/- 3 tablespoon mayo(depending on your taste)
chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Braise onion in ghee (Clarified butter) till soft,add steak
with masala.Cook till done,add tomatoe and
cook till tomatoe is soft.When cool,add
mayo and dhania (coriander).
