INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken fillet
1 onion chopped
crushed garlic,green
chillies,salt,pepper,lemon pepper,red
chillie garlic paste,Aromat (a South African Spice)
LANCEWOOD CREAM FRAICHE
mayonnaise
chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Braise jeeru (cumin) and fry onion till soft, not pink in ghee (Clarified butter).(can add to chicken raw without braising also).Add chick with spices and cook till done.Move from stove and add enough cream fraiche and mayo to moisten it.Add chopped dhania (coriander).
INFO & TIPS
Cream fraiche is avail from supermarkets,used instead of SOUR CREAM.
