INGREDIENTS
500 grm chicken filling cubed
375grm chicken mince
salt,green chillies
1 teaspoon g.garlic
" " crushed garlic
pinch arad (Turmeric)
3 quater teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin)
1 big chopped onion
white sauce
METHOD
Cook chicken with spices and little
ghee (Clarified butter).When done,add onion and cook little
bit.Leave moist,dont make dry.When
cool,add white sauce to moisten.
