1 dzn Samoosas (flavor of choice)
1 can chickpeas
3 tablespoon Shan chaat masala
1⁄2 cup aamli sauce
Fry samoosas till golden and crispy.
Drain chickpeas and rinse. Toss with masala and katchumar.
On serving platter layer down chickpeas mixture.
Then break fried samoosas in 3 and place over.
Mix garlic, salt, pepper and sugar to taste in yoghurt and drizzle over.
Drizzle over aamli sauce.
Roughly crumble over feta and garnish with dhania (coriander) and pommegranate.
