Samoosa Chaat

Ingredients:Katchumar-Chopped cucumberDiced tomatoesdhania (coriander) Chopped onionSplash vinegar
Also needed-1 dzn Samoosas (flavor of choice)1 can chickpeas3 tablespoon Shan chaat masalaPlain YoghurtCrushed garlicLemon pepperPinch saltPinch sugar½ cup aamli saucePommegranateFeta cheese
METHOD1. Fry samoosas till golden and crispy.2. Drain chickpeas and rinse. Toss with chaat masala and katchumar.3. On serving platter layer down chickpeas mixture.4. Then break fried samoosas in 3 and place over.5. Mix garlic, salt, pepper and sugar to taste in yoghurt and drizzle over.6. Drizzle over aamli sauce.7. Roughly crumble over feta and garnish with dhania (coriander) and pommegranate.
