Plse half this recipe4 cups flour4 teaspoon baking pwdr¼ cup melted butter½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon bicarb+- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg freshly grated optional I added extra mixRub all together ThenBeat well 1 cup sugar 2 eggs beaten wellwith vanillaAdd+- 1 cup maas (I use maas)or you can use yoghurt to make a softDoughKnead and keep aside for a whileRoll out a bit thick like 1cm thickness cut with doughnut cutterFry in deep med to hot oilDip COLD in WARM TO MED HOT SYRUPSyrup2 ¼ cups sugar tuj (cinnamon stick) (I added rose essence)3 ½ cup waterBoil. Not thin but not too thick either .like for jambu..dip don't soak too much Only soak if u like sweet Dust with dessicated coconutAlternatively dip in melted chocolate and put sprinkles or roll hot in sugar and cinamon
