2 cups flour4 teaspoon baking powder¼ teaspoon salt¼ cup castor sugar3 tablespoon melted butterRub well all of the aboveIn jug add ½ cup yoghurt1 cup sprite1 egg ( leave a little aside to egg brush the scones )1 teaspoon vanillaBeat well Mix the above liquid to the above dry ingredientsAdd more sprite and or flour if necessaryKnead wellRoll out 1 cm thickCut rounds Egg brushbake at 180 * 12-15 minutes till tops are light brown or until done..Enjoy with jam..butter...cheese...crem etc
