RECIPE
2 cups flour4 teaspoon baking powder¼ teaspoon salt¼ cup castor sugar4 tablespoon Melted butterRub well all of the aboveIn jug add ½ cup yoghurt 1 cup sprite1 egg ( leave a little aside to egg brush the scones )1 teaspoon vanillaBeat well
Mix the above liquid to the above dry ingredientsAdd more sprite and or flour if necessaryDo not over knead Pat on a floured surface 1 cm thickCut rounds Egg brushbake at 200 for 5 minutes then drop to 180 for 10-12 minutes till tops are light brown or until done..Enjoy with jam..butter...cheese.Cream etc
