INGREDIENTS
1 kg beef spicy sausage (separate at tie)250 ml fresh dhania (coriander) (coriander) leaves, roughly chopped30 ml crushed garlic10 ml lemon juice60 ml cooking oil2 medium onions, sliced thinly250 g mushrooms,halved red pepper, sliced into long strips15 ml paprika15 ml coarse black pepper30 ml corn flour, mixed with 100 ml water60 ml Worcestershire sauce
METHOD
Mix together dhania (coriander) (coriander) leaves, garlic, lemon juice and 30 ml oil in a bowl. Add sausage, coating well with the marinade. Leave aside for 15 minutes. In a large pan, stir fry sausage. Remove from heat and keep aside, covered. In a large wok, add in rest of oil braise onions till soft and golden. Add in mushrooms, pepper slices, paprika and black pepper. Mix Worcestershire sauce into Corn flour mixture. Add to work; stir fry for 2 minutes. Add sausage to work and mix in well with mushroom mixture, heating through thoroughly. Remove from heat, serve directly onto plates and accompany with crusty bread and salad.
