Boil potatoes peel and cut.
Now take wok. Add mustard seeds roast them 5 minutues on medium flame. Then add oil curry leaves little bit ginger and garlic paste stir well. Then add red chili powder haldi Garam masala paprika and salt add little bit water and cook another 10-15 minutes. Then add boiled potatoes. Mix well and lastly add lemon juice and chopped coriander.
