3 tablespoon oil
1 box Shan Chinese Manchurian spice
100g sachet tomato paste
3 tablespoon tomato sauce
500g steak (cut into small strips)
1 egg white
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
Mix 2 tablespoon of spice with egg white and mix with steak. Leave to sit for 15min.
In a dish place tomato paste and sauce, remainder spice and 2 tablespoon oil.
Heat wok with 1 tablespoon oil.
Add in garlic, saute for few seconds and add steak.
Saute for 5min then add marinade.
Cook until steak is tender and sauce is thickened.
Serve with rice or egg fried rice.
I added more chilli and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
