Heat ghee (Clarified butter). 2. Braise semolina, then add water and remove from heat. 3. Mix in till swollen.4. Mix milk, caramel and cream.5. Pour into pot and mix in well, removing any lumps.6. Cook on low till half reduced. 7. Then increase heat and cook till fluffy.8. Mix milk into remainder caramel and pour over Sojee (semolina flour). 9. Garnish with Rolos.10. Serve hot/cooled.
