INGREDIENTS
500 gr chicken or 4 large chicken pieces
½ teaspoon jeera powdeŕ
4 tablespoon Mayo
3 tablespoon woolies creamy peri peri sauce (or any peri sauce similar)
½ teaspoon lemon peper
½ teaspoon crushed red chilli
1 ½ tablespoon tomato puree
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon olive oil
METHOD
Marinate chicken with all ingredients besides olive oil for atleast 2 hours.
Add olive oil to pot on medium heat then add marinated chicken with half cup water and cook till done.
(Check up on chicken in pot by pouring sauce from sides onto chicken as it cooks to ensure that amazing flavor locks in)
