1 med onion processed fine & juice squeezed out
2 spring onions
Chopped dhania (coriander)
Salt
Mint
Pepper
2 teaspoon lemon & herb spice
2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Robertson spicy chicken spice
1 teaspoon fine jeeru (cumin)
1 slice or 2 of bread crumbs
1tspn green masala
½ teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
1 tablespoon flour
Pinch baking powder
1 egg
2 handfuls of crushed Fried onions
Method
Process onions...squeeze water out
process fillet with spring onions add in crumbs add onion spices & rest of ingredients
Fry till golden brown
Serve with salad roti & chips
Can make lemon butter sauce 250 butter 1 fresh lemon squeezed 125 Ml fresh cream salt pepper to taste melt butter add cream salt pepper then add lemon juice till well blended enjoy or u can make it like this Lemon butter sauce
4 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon garlic
½ Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup fresh cream
(Boil all together and pour over cooked kebaab)
