INGREDIENTS
500 gr meat
1 large onion (for vagaar)
A piece of butter (for vagaar
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon chilli powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric
1 level teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 stick cinnamon
2 Elachi (cardomom)
¼ teaspoon whole jeera
1 grated tomatoe
2 cut up potatoes
(add towards end)
Add some peas if you like
METHOD
Make vagaar with onion, butter, oil and stick cinnamon.
Once onions golden, add tomatoe and all other spices. Add meat (which I add already cooked in pressure cooker) to the mix
Add potato
Wait for potato to be soft and done.
INFO & TIPS
If preference isnt too spicy then add less chilli powder.
