1 cup plain yoghurt 2 tablespoon milk 1 tablespoon flour 1 teaspoon mexican spice ½ teaspoon white pepper ½ teaspoon lemon pepper ½ teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon garlic flakes Salt to taste 5 medium sized potatoes (sliced into thin slices) 200 grams mushrooms 1 onion sliced into rings ½ cup grated cheese Some dried parsley sprinkle to decorate.
Mix yoghurt, spices, flour and milk to form a paste.
Layer steamed potato slices with sautèd mushrooms and onion rings alternating with paste above and potato finally topping with grated cheese to cover and decorate with dried parsley. Bon appetite! Enjoy.
