RECIPE
4 large brinjal
2 tablespoon oil
Smear oil over the brinjal skin
Put on a tray
Bake in oven for 30 minutes
When cooled
Remove the crispy skin
Chop the baked brinjals in cubes
(Mash it lightly not too much it has to look rough)
In seperate pot
Add 3-4 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter)
Braise 1 small sliced onion
Till soft golden in colour
Add the undermentioned
½ teaspoon crushed or sliced garlic
1 heaped teaspoon tumeric
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground green chilli
Now add the brinjals to the above
Cook 15 till burta is done
Garnish with green dhania (coriander)
Enjoy with rotis
