1 bunch Chinese spinach chopped
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 small onion sliced
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
1 teaspoon crushed green chillies
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
3 whole garlic
eggs
In a pan heat the ghee (Clarified butter) add onion & Sauté until soft. Add the chopped spinach & the rest of ingredients besides eggs. Cook until all water is dried up. Break eggs in a saucer add slowly to the Baji & cooked until eggs are done. Stir slightly. Serve with roti.
