6-8 potatoes cubed. Add salt and boil till soft. (Stove or microwave)
Mash with salt, lemon juice & fine red chilli powder. Add finely chopped coriander leaves. Roll balls.
Make a batter with: 1 cup chana flourSalt & coriander leavesMake batter with water.
Dip potato balls in batter and fry in medium hot oil. Serve with chutney. Enjoy.
