Ingredients: 2 tablespoon oil 2x 150g T-bone steaks ½ teaspoon mustard powder ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon chilli powder ½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder 2 teaspoon brown vinegar 4 tablespoon sweet mild peri-peri sauce 1 tablespoon mustard sauce 4 eggs 2 potatoes (cut into fries) Tomato sauce
Method- 1. Marinate steaks for 30min without oil. 2. Heat a pan/griller. Add steaks with marinate & pan fry/grill till done. 3. Fry potatoes. Season with salt. 4. Fry eggs sunny side. 5. Arrange in plate. Serve with tomato sauce & toast.
