1 packet Woolworths spinach cauliflower noodles2 large tomatoes (diced)½ punnet baby spinach1 tablespoon white sesame seeds1 tablespoon black sesame seeds2 tablespoon parmesan cheese (powder)½ block Woolworths feta cheese (roughly crumbled)½ cup chopped almonds or ½ cup pinenuts1 tablespoon soy sauce2 tablespoon oil
Chicken-2 chicken fillets (cubed)1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder½ teaspoon white pepper1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 tablespoon crushed garlic
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok. Add chicken with all ingredients and cook till done. Remove from wok and leave aside.
Heat remainder oil, add seeds, temper, then add baby spinach and tomatoes with a pinch of salt. Stir fry for 1 minute, then add noodles, stir fry for another minute, add sauce, mix.
Add chicken, feta, nuts and parmesan. Mix together.Drizzle little lemon juice over and serve.
