Spinach Cauliflower Noodles with Chicken Tomato & Baby Spinach

1 packet Woolworths spinach cauliflower noodles
2 large tomatoes (diced)
1⁄2 punnet baby spinach
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
2 tablespoon parmesan cheese (powder)
1⁄2 block Woolworths feta cheese (roughly crumbled)
1⁄2 cup chopped almonds or 1⁄2 cup pinenuts
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon oil
2 chicken fillets (cubed)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground green chillies
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok. Add chicken with all ingredients and cook till done. Remove from wok and leave aside.
Heat remainder oil, add seeds, temper, then add baby spinach and tomatoes with a pinch of salt. Stir fry for 1 minute, then add noodles, stir fry for another minute, add sauce, mix.
Add chicken, feta, nuts and parmesan. Mix together.
Drizzle little lemon juice over and serve.
