INGREDIENTS
1 chicken disjointed into quartersmarinade with: 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon najmahs chilli paste 4 tab yoghurt grind with green chillies and dhania (coriander) 1 drop red food colouring 1 drop egg yellow 2 teaspoon shaans tandooree spice 2 teaspoon shaans tikka botie spice lemon juice 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon crushed red chillies 1 block tomato puree 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 tab aminas tandoori marinade 2 tab oil black pepper ½ teaspoon hyder
METHOD
Marinate overnight. Add ghee (Clarified butter) in a nonstick electric griddle place chicken cook on low turning frequently till done take leftover marinade add in a pot with sum ghee (Clarified butter) braise for 2 minutes and baste chicken before removing from griddle make charcoal red on stove place on a foil drizzle little ghee (Clarified butter) on it and place on tray with chicken cover, it gives it a braai (bbq) taste...
