INGREDIENTS
3-4 carrots [peeled]
1 green chilli- finely chopped
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
30ml lemon juice or white vinegar
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon sugar
METHOD
Grate carrots & sprinkle with salt. Leave to stand 15 minutes. Squeeze out excess moisture. Add chilli, garlic,onion,sugar & lemon juice to carrots, stir well.
