INGREDIENTS
1 cup caramel
1 cup coconut
½ cup icing sugar
½ cup melted butter
1 cup peacan nuts
1 cup crushed marie biscuits
Nuts for decorating
Chocolate for coating
METHOD
Mix melted butter together with all
other ingredients. Roll into balls and
allow to set in refrigerator. Dip into
chocolate and sprinkle with nuts. Leave
to set
