Method: In a pan, heat butter, sugar and cinnamon until it bubbles. Add sliced bananas and allow to cook for no more than 2min. The bananas should not get soft. Scoop vanilla ice cream into bowls and top with caramel bananas and pecans. The bananas should be served over ice cream while it's still hot.
Amendments: I added 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg powder aswell. I doubled the butter and sugar, add chopped pecans to the caramel after frying banana and made a pouring toffee with pecans to go over. Also add a good pinch of salt.
