Ingredients
Ultramel Custard/homemade
Jelly
Sponge/plain/Madeira cake 🍰
Fruit of choice
I used strawberries,bananas, peaches,kiwis,berries
🍑🍓🍌🥝🍒🍇

Method
1.Layer jelly at the bottom
2.Then layer cake (break into pieces)
3.put desired fruit
4.pour enough custard over till everything is covered properly
5.repeat method till the top

I decorated with fruit and piped fresh cream /berries/strawberries/kiwi and a sprinkle of silver dust and chocolate
