INGREDIENTS
Salted snoek soak overnight .. ..optional One large onion sliced finelyOil1 tablespoon whole jeeru (cumin)Green chillies 2Curry leaves 6ClovesWhole pepper cornsCinnamon stick
2 teaspoon fine Garlic
2 tins Tomato puree..1 tablespoon fine Dhana 1 tablespoon fine jeeru (cumin)1 tablespoon Red chillie powder 1 teaspoon Haldi Salt to taste 2 tins Mixed veg 2 tins Butter beans 2 tins Sugar beans 1kg baby carrots - frozen
Potatoes cut in four - about 6
Dokra3 cups flour 2 cups mealie meal1 onion grated 1 bunch spring onion finely sliced Few green chillies dhania (coriander) A teaspoon haldi A pinch salt Water to make soft manageable dough to make dokras...It must be a fist size
METHOD
Braise onion till medium brown in colour
Put tomato puree...
Then pieces of fish ..optional Put masalas Allow to simmer add potatoes Let cook for ten minutes then add the dokras lay in such a,way that they not on top of each other allow spaces between them to mix be careful not to break ..
Lastly add all the beansFrozen vegetables Cook for another 20 minutes on low heat till oil comes on top ..Cut dhania (coriander) on top just before serving Enjoy ...
Serve hot
