INGREDIENTS
2 onions
1 chicken
1 Tabspn Ginger garlic
Haldi
Rough chilli powder
Fine chilli powder
Dhana jeera
Green chillies
2 Tomatos
3 Potatoes
1 Brinjoll
Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach)
Packet of woolies veggies of choice
1 cup mieli meal
1 cup flour
Tomato paste
METHOD
Cook a chicken curry braise onions in oil and when golden add chicken
Add ginger garlic, salt, green chillies let it cook
Once chicken is white add chilli powder dhana jeera haldi let it cook while u wait make dokra
In machine add flour mieli meal ¼ teaspoon haldi 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon dhana jeera 1 teaspoon chilli powder crushed garlic 3 Tabspn oil Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach) (not too much optional) and boiling water until it forms a dough
Roll out long finger size dokras
Add to the chicken
Add brinjols veg and microwave potatos with colour and add to chicken let that cook
Add tomatos let it cook and then add 2 Tabspn tomato puree you can add more Methi (Fenugreek) to your curry also
