3 egg whites
Beat till stiff gradually add in
1 cup castor sugar and beat
Fold in the ffg:
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup chopped pecans
12 cream crackers chopped
Place in cupcakes cases/foil cups
Bake at 180 for 30 minutes or until done
Serve with whipped cream
