3 cups flour
6 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup icing sugar
Sift all dry ingredients
Add melted butter
Add eggs and mix
Now add sour milk as needed to make soft dough
Cut with a round cutter
Bake on 180* till little brown
Beat fresh cream with sugar
Cut scones in half and put fresh cream

Don’t add a lot of sour milk dough gets soft quickly .. need only around 1/4 cup ..
You can brush egg on the scones before baking for a brown color and gloss
Don’t use a very big cutter as the scones do rise and roll it thick otherwise scones will not rise nicely ..
