INGREDIENTS
2 cups water
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Few lemon slices Or 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Few mint leaves
2 inches of fresh ginger
METHOD
Start by peeling ginger and cut into thin slices. Boil ginger in water for atleast 15 minutes, if you wish for a stronger taste boil tea for a few more minutes and add in few more ginger slices. Remove from the heat and strain in a tea cup add in honey, lemon slice and mint leaves. I don't take any sweeteners in my tea, for me it's just perfect.
